Keystone Realtors, the brand name of listed realty developer Rustomjee Group, recorded its most successful first quarter to date, with pre-sales totalling Rs 500 crore ($67m), up 106% YoY. Sales figures were augmented by the launch of three new projects covering Rs 2500 crore gross development value. It added two new offerings, targeting West Mumbai and the nearby suburb of Bandra, with gross development worth Rs 890 cr.
