Woman stuns as she shows how she suns a VERY intimate area & claims it’s more effective than spending a day in the sun
A WOMAN has left people stunned after revealing how she gets her vitamin D.
Hawley explained that she regularly goes bare-bottomed to ensure her perineum is getting some sunlight.
In a video on TikTok, Hawley showed her legs as she lifted them up to the sky.
“Have you ever tried perineum sunning?” she wrote over the clip.
“You know, where you get the sun where it doesn’t usually shine (safely in the morning hours of course).”
She then added: “In only 10 minutes of perineum sunning, get as much vitamin D as you would in an entire day wearing clothes outside.”
“How’s that for a vitamin D hack?” she captioned her video.
“The energy is real y’all. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!”
People were quick to comment on the “hack”, with one asking: “What proof is there that you absorb more vitamin d from your perineum?
“Genuinely curious.”
While Hawley didn’t reply, another did, writing: “There isn’t, some random person made it up, but it’s fun!”
“My neighbours will love my new morning routine,” someone else laughed.
As a third insisted: “My perineum has went 44 years without seeing the sun, I’m not gonna start now.”
