Madigan’s former top aide blocks name of sexual harassment whistleblower from perjury trial
Jurors in the perjury trial of Tim Mapes, onetime chief of staff for Democratic ex-Speaker Michael Madigan, will not hear the name of a former campaign aide who accused a Madigan lieutenant of sexual harassment.
