She shared before and after clips to prove how far she’s come since dropping 70 pounds.
TikToker Lindsay Lausch (@lindsaylausch) said imagining how others would react to her slimmer figure inspired her to continue on her weight loss journey.
After shedding 70 pounds, the brunette beauty was nearly unrecognizable.
She shared a clip using a popular audio that says: “Imagine the day they see you again, and you are just, well, better.”
Wearing black shorts and a white blouse, Lindsay’s fuller frame was on display as she walked towards the camera.
When the beat dropped, however, she appeared transformed.
Although she donned the same outfit and stood in the same location, she looked like a different person.
Her legs had significantly slimmed down, her arms were leaner, and her face more chiseled.
As for how she did it, she captioned the clip listing her three pillars for success.
“The key to success is consistency, discipline, and determination.”
Viewers praised her hard work and begged for guidance.
“Damn girl. I watched this about 10 times,” one person admired, with a second echoing that they “can’t stop watching.”
Another said Lindsay “slayed,” and a fourth noted that she even looks younger without the extra pounds.
When one person asked how long it took her, she said she lost the weight in four months.
