Two arrested at rogue Manchester Airport ‘meet and greet’ car park after ‘knife threat’
TWO men have been arrested at an unofficial ‘meet and greet’ airport carpark following knife threats to customers.
The duo were busted in Styal, near Manchester Airport, on Sunday following reports of cars being damaged, stolen, seized by creditors and driven miles.
Two men, aged 21 and 52, were cuffed on suspicion of affray after one customer claimed they had been threatened with a knife.
The car owner had allegedly challenged staff over the safety of a vehicle being used to transport people to the airport.
