The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has consolidated its position as the richest cricket administrator with FY21 revenue amounting to '7,606 crore. The board paid '1,159 crore in tax during this period. This fiscal performance was achieved under the leadership of former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly, who took over as president, and Jay Shah, the home minister's son, who became secretary.
