Gabby Thomas makes shock discovery as she returns to Emmerdale

GABBY Thomas was in desperate need of a break from the Dales after her ill-fated wedding ceremony with Nicky Milligan.

But the Emmerdale character played by Rosie Bentham makes a shocking discovery as soon as she returns next week.

But it comes right back to haunt her next week[/caption]

The young mother was devastated when Nicky Milligan (played by Lewis Cope) confessed to her that he was not only gay but he was also hoping to use her to help his father get to the Tate family fortune.

Nicky has since moved on with Suni Sharma (Brahmdeo Shannon Ramana) but Gabby has found it hard to forgive and forget particularly as he was allowed to remain in the ITV village with no repercussions.

Gabby more or less spiralled out of control as a result and even attempted to kiss her pal Dawn’s husband Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle).

Embarrassed and overwhelmed, Gabby packed her things and left the eponymous village for Portugal with her son Thomas in tow.

But after weeks away, it’s time for her to return to Emmerdale.

Coming up next week, Gabby is back from her holiday and she and Billy agree to keep their indiscretion a secret – but is it a good idea?

Meanwhile, when Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) complains about the lack of a new chef at the Hide, Suni jumps at the chance.

Victoria’s impressed and offers him the job but Gabby’s peeved to hear the news and vents to Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant). 

Suni starts work, causing Gabby to react badly but how will he respond to her hostility?

What will Gabby do to Suni?

Could she enlist the help of her stepmother Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) to get to him and Nicky?

Could Suni and Gabby find a way to get along despite him sharing a strong bond with Nicky?

Will Gabby ever be able to forgive Nicky?
