A WOMAN has revealed that she is 45-years-old but looks much younger, thanks to three simple things.

Nicole Smith, a Cosmetic Injector, explained that if you want youthful-looking skin, you mustn’t sleep on your side, or attempt to try the massages you see all over TikTok.

Not only this, but she also stressed the importance of regularly applying sun cream, if you want to reduce wrinkles.

Posting on social media, Nicole said: “Hi, I’m Nicole Smith. I’m an Aesthetic Physician Assistant and I share all things injectables and anti-ageing.

“These three things will age your face. 

“Stop these bad skin habits if you want to stay looking young. 

“Muscle movement exercises, sleeping on your face and not reapplying your sunscreen will accelerate ageing and cause more wrinkles.”

Going into further detail, she explained: “You should not be doing these three things if you want to stay looking young.

“Number one – don’t be doing all those facial movement exercises that you see on TikTok.

“Facial movement actually creates more folding in the skin, which will result in more fine lines and wrinkles.

“Number two – do not sleep on your face.

“The excessive pressure from your pillow is going to create lines and wrinkles that typically run diagonal.

“Number three is probably the worst thing you can do – that’s not reapplying your sunscreen.

“I recommend re-applying sunscreen every two hours, especially if you’re in direct sun.”

Nicole’s TikTok clip, which was shared under the username @lipsandlattes, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 39,400 views.

Social media users were thankful for Nicole’s advice and many took to the comments to address this.

One person said: “Hooray finally someone addressed face yoga. I was convinced it could age you.”

Another added: “I agree.”

A third commented: “Thank you. I agree with the facial movements.”

In another video, Nicole revealed another five things that make people look older, including too much filler, drinking too much caffeine and brittle eyelashes.

Although many were thankful for the advice, people were eager to comment on Nicole’s appearance in the comments.

Many were stunned that she was 45 and thought she looked far younger.

One user shared: “You definitely look ten years younger. You look fabulous and 20s.”

A second chimed in: “Forty-five? You are literally goals.”
