The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has not yet decided whether it will field candidates in all 119 assembly constituencies in Telangana or in a limited number of segments. The party has formed a committee to take a decision in this regard, Naidu said. On being asked about alliance with other parties in Andhra Pradesh, Naidu said alliance would be based on 'need'.
