The International Labour Organisation (ILO) has welcomed the G20 Leaders' reaffirmation of gender equality and the meaningful participation of women in the workforce. The G20 Leaders Declaration includes the creation of a new working group on women's empowerment and support for the implementation of the UN Global Accelerator, an initiative led by the ILO.
