North Korea fired two ballistic missiles off its east coast just before leader Kim Jong Un met with President Vladimir Putin in Russia. It was the first launch to occur while Kim was abroad. Japan's Coast Guard reported that the missiles fell into the sea outside its exclusive economic zone.
