[New Times] Kicukiro primary court on Tuesday, September 11, ruled to remand Benoît Munyankindi, the Secretary General of Rwanda Cycling governing body (Ferwacy), citing reasonable grounds to suspect his involvement in alleged crimes of favoritism and forgery.
