Sergey Lavrov noted that supplies to Kiev of Soviet and Russian military equipment (tanks, armored personnel carriers, artillery) are carried out in flagrant violation of the so-called end-use certificates, which imply that these weapons cannot be sent anywhere without the seller's consent.
