But that wasn’t all because she said it was also great for anxiety.

Her TikTok is devoted to fashion and beauty tips and advice.
But her trick in this post was super easy and put no pressure on her bank balance.
It involved no invasive treatments, either.
“I [have] had a lot of people ask me about the ice I was referring to,” she began her video, describing it as her mother’s method.
In her hands, Ana had the makings of her age-defying treatment. All it comprised was a bowl of water with several ice cubes.
“I literally take ice and put it into a bowl and dump my face into it,” she said, demonstrating her method.
When she emerged, she gently patted her face dry with a cloth.
But there was an unexpected bonus to this beauty hack.
“Helps with de-puffing, anxiety, [and] energy,” she revealed.
When she was finished, the bowl of iced water wasn’t wasted either.
“The remaining goes in my plants [and] I’m ready to go,” she concluded, her face glowing.
