My two-ingredient mix will clean your mirrors like there’s no tomorrow, use a ‘top to bottom’ technique for no streaks
A PROFESSIONAL cleaner has shared the homemade solution she swears by for wiping down mirrors.
The housekeeper also demonstrated her “top to bottom” technique for avoiding streaks.
In her video, TikTok user Mbali Nhlapho (@mbalinhlapho7) explained that her trick “will clean your mirrors like there’s no tomorrow.”
She recommended using “equal parts one cup of warm water and one cup of vinegar.”
The expert also advised her followers to wipe down their mirrors using “a flat reef microfiber cloth.”
She told her audience: “Vinegar does not leave streaks and of course use the perfect microfiber cloth so your mirrors will not have streaks, will not have lint.”
Mbali showed viewers her easy technique for avoiding streaks on glass surfaces.
Her simple method involved wiping down her mirror, literally downwards.
“The rubbing shape does not work, we use the S-pattern shape, left to right, finding your way to the bottom,” she explained.
She also suggested flipping your microfiber cloth halfway through to maintain a streak-free look.
Mbali told her followers that if they used her simple technique their “mirrors will be nice and shiny at all times.”
She previously showed viewers how to get their fridge smelling as fresh as ever with a DIY solution.
