Indian Railways is operating 283 special trains with a total of 4480 trips until Chhath Puja to accommodate passengers and manage the additional rush. These special trains will connect major destinations such as Delhi, Patna, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. The Ministry of Railways has implemented crowd-control measures, deployed additional personnel for security, and ensured frequent announcements and assistance for passengers.
