Trump begs for New York governor to intervene in fraud case he deems 'dead'
She won't let it die.
Former President Donald Trump went on the counteroffensive to beat back against the Empire State's attorney general accusing him of fraud.
"The New York State Attorney Generals case against me is DEAD, but the Radical Left Judge REFUSES to end it," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social Wednesday night, referring to state AG Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron. "He just can’t let it go."

His post came at the end of a day in court in which the former president was hit with a $10,000 fine for violating a gag order for the second time in the $250 million civil case.
It was reported that Trump had then walked out of the courtroom in a huff while the hearing was still in session.
He continued to rail against Michael Cohen, his former fixer, who had taken the stand to testify for the prosecution.
"Their 'star' witness lied like a dog on the stand today, and then admitted that I did NOTHING WRONG," Trump wrote in the post. "A total SleazeBag."
He then demanded that James use her time and resources to focus on "violent crime" which he described as "out of control."
He crowed about how the case against him isn't being tried on the level.
"So unfair," Trump's post reads. "I don’t even get a Jury Trial.
"A blight on the New York State Judicial System."
Trump is convinced that what is happening to the Trump Organization is causing concern by corporations who may think again about growing in the Big Apple.
"Businesses are watching all over the world, and never coming in, only moving out," he wrote.
He then made a plea to New York Gov. Kathleen Hochul, a Democrat, to intervene.
"The Governor should get involved," he wrote, calling out the mishandling of his case. "Election Interference by my Political Opponent!"
