I can understand the calls for patience but where is he trying to take us? Where's the blueprint to success? The proven, this works mentality?
Why are we paying big money so someone can keep learning the Job and make mistakes?
Any manager or coach of repute would have not messed with a winning set up, they would have kept the same line up and made minimal changes, riding on the back of existing momentum.
He hasn't got it, he's shown previously that's the case and he is reinforcing that now. The players morale is very low, anyone who has watched a lot of football can see that.
