etter to the editor of the Citizen, Michael Wiggin raised an excellent point about the current debate over locating French-language Louise Arbour Elementary School on top of the neighbourhood’s only large public park space: Plouffe Park. He reasonably suggested building a new school at the current site on Beech Street and later replacing the current building with recreational space.
