A shooting at a bowling alley and restaurant in Lewiston, Maine has left 16 people dead and dozens injured. The shooter, identified as 40-year-old Robert Card, is still at large and considered armed and dangerous. Card had previously made threats to carry out a shooting at a National Guard facility and is said to have mental health issues. Police have identified a white SUV as a "vehicle of interest" and have urged residents to stay indoors and report any suspicious activity. The FBI is assisting local officials in the investigation.
