Rebecca Loos tells David Beckham to ‘be honest’ & blasts Netflix documentary as ‘rehearsed’
REBECCA Loos slammed David Beckham today for “spinning a narrative” to make her look like a bad person over their alleged affair.
The former PA was thrown back into the spotlight following the release of Becks’ docuseries on Netflix.
Rebecca today hit out at the ex-footballer over how he addressed the apparent affair, which reportedly took place 20 years ago, and claimed Beckham made her look like a “bad person”.
She also claimed the whole show, which was produced by his own company with the help of his publicist and pals, was “rehearsed”.
Speaking on GMB, Rebecca said: “It takes two to tango.”
She continued: “I would rather not have to talk about this again. I have left this behind me and moved very much on with my life.
“But him not acknowledging responsibility he is giving a message that its OK to behave like this and I think that is the wrong message to give.
“My message is you make mistakes own up to them say sorry and move on. That’s what I’m teaching my kids.”
Beckham first met Rebecca, 47, when she worked as his client services manager after he moved to Real Madrid in 2004.
In the documentary, the former Man Utd star tears up as he reveals seeing wife Victoria hurt over the fling was “incredibly difficult”.
Without referencing the alleged tryst directly, Becks, 48, said stories about it were “horrible” and left him “feeling sick every day”.
Rebecca, who is now a yoga teacher living in Norway, said she was “very surprised” by his “choice of words”.
She told GMB she wanted to “get on with my life” but was couldn’t stay silent once she saw the show.
The mum-of-two added: “When this documentary came I tried very hard to just let it go and get on with my life but it really bothered me about the angle they used and how he played the narrative, how misleading it is and how he makes me look like the bad person.
“Of course I am also guilty, but it takes two tango and I never denied it. He said the claims are ludicrous – but ludicrous is not denying it.”
It comes after she previously accused Beckham of “portraying himself as the victim”.
