Man City star Julian Alvarez loses TOOTH in Bournemouth win and only realises when Bernardo Silva spots it
IT was a far from toothless performance from Man City.
But for Julian Alvarez, he will be looking to make an emergency appointment at the dentist on Monday.
The Cityzens ran out 6-1 winners against visitors at the Etihad on Saturday.
The Argie was on the scoresheet in the rout of the Cherries.
However, somewhere along the line the forward lost a tooth.
As the players embraced Alvarez, team-mate Bernardo Silva couldn’t help but notice the former River Plate’s dental issue.
Catching Alvarez’s attention, the Portugal international pointed towards his mouth.
Unknowingly, the World Cup winner then reached to his mouth to discover what Silva meant.
Alvarez wouldn’t have been bothered too much.
City marched to the top of the league in emphatic fashion.
Pep Guardiola’s side blitzed the visitors with a clinical performance in front of their own fans.

They raced into a 3-0 lead before half-time with a seven-minute salvo, as strikes by Jeremy Doku, Bernardo Silva and Manuel Akanji putting the game out of sight.
Phil Foden added a fourth, Luis Sinisterra notched a consolation for Bournemouth.
Silva got his second of the game, before Nathan Ake made it six.
