At Belmont University in Nashville, police say 18-year-old freshman Jillian Ludwig was walking on a track in a park when a 29-year-old suspect started shooting at a passing car. One of the bullets hit Ludwig, who was rushed to the hospital and later died. NBC News’ Blayne Alexander reports.
