PC gamers can grab ‘must-play’ 92-rated game slashed to £10 from £40 this Black Friday
PC GAMERS are constantly bombarded with great deals on some of the best titles ever.
Now that Black Friday is just around the corner, most game stores are already slashing prices on great games.
One of the most acclaimed RPGs ever, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, is now selling at 75% off its list price on digital storefront GOG.
Usually priced at $49.99 (around £40), the game’s Complete Edition is seeing its price slashed to $12.49 (£9.95).
Based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s fantasy novels of the same title, The Witcher 3 puts you in the boots of monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.
Since the game’s release, The Witcher has been adapted into a smash hit Netflix series starring British actor Henry Cavill.
Released in 2015, The Witcher 3 won countless accolades and still holds up as one of the best video games overall.
In December last year, the game received a free next-gen upgrade, unlocking better graphics and some gameplay enhancements.
The Witcher 3 throws you into Geralt’s world as he is searching for his adoptive daughter, Ciri, who’s being chased by the supernatural Wild Hunt.
The huge open-world game will keep you busy for more than 100 hours, and the Complete Edition comes with all DLC packs, including two major story expansions.
Sitting at a massive 92 rating on review aggregator Metacritic, The Witcher 3 is an undisputed masterpiece, praised for its narrative, gameplay, and sheer scope.
The two story expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine, add an extra 50 hours of quality gameplay to sweeten the deal.
Available through digital store GOG, the offer runs until November 29, 2023, so fans have a few days to pick it up before it reverts to its higher price.
