MARRIED At First Sight viewers have been left questioning whether one couple’s marriage has hit the rocks.
Fans of the show began questioning the romance after noticing a tell-tale sign on social media.
Gathering in the comments of Peggy’s recent post, eagle-eyed viewers couldn’t help but point out one important detail.
In the heartfelt video showcasing Peggy and her grooms special day, they spotted that Georges was nowhere to be seen.
One wrote: “I say this out of total respect, but where is Georges in this?”
Another added: “Beautiful but where’s Georges?”
A third speculated: “Clearly not with Georges now given he’s not in one photo.”
Meanwhile, Peggy gushed in the caption: “Just wanted to show some appreciation for my beautiful family and friends who made this day even more special…I couldn’t have done it without you.
“Remember there is so much more than what you see and know!…please be respectful and keep any negative assumptions and opinions to yourself….Please be kind and respect that.”
The rumours come after Peggy endured attacks by viewers earlier in the series after they spotted “major red flags“.
Some fans even appeared to be desperate for Georges to dump Peggy for trying to “change him”.
The couple were also scrutinised during the show, when they shocked their fellow cast-mates and viewers when they failed to consummate their marriage for several weeks.
Three months after tying the knot, Peggy admitted they still hadn’t got jiggy between the sheets.
Reacting to the new, one MAFS fan exclaimed: “Peggy and Georges still not had sex??? What is going on?? Peggy actually doesn’t fancy Georges.”
Despite viewers mulling over their split, Peggy tried to put the rumours to rest, by writing in the comment section of her recent post: “This is just an appreciation post for my family and friends ….George’s was there.”
The star later amended her caption, adding: “Don’t panic, Georges was there and we will share our photos soon.”
