North West roasted Kim Kardashian's designer over his pearl Met Gala look. He said it was his 'worst nightmare' when the 9-year-old called it 'Dollar Store.'

Kim Kardashian's designer said he was living his "worst nightmare" when 9-year-old North West verbally tore apart the design he made for the 2023 Met Gala.
"It looks like she's a Hawaiian girl with her dress all ripped," West said to Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry in a clip that aired last night on "The Kardashians."
In the clip, West is sitting with Kardashian and Roseberry hours before the event, discussing the custom-made pearl Schiaparelli gown that Kardashian would be wearing.
West scoffed at the look. Kardashian reminded West that she was "very positive" when she first saw the dress. West retorted that the pearls look fake, adding: "I like the pearls. I just don't like that it looks like from the Dollar Store."
Roseberry — visibly mortified as he chugged water — said: "It's like I'm being 'Punk'd' the night before the Met," he said in the clip. "Getting read for filth by a nine-year-old."
Fans loved West's commentary. "I'd watch an entire season of just North West roasting her mother," X user @stefestilo said.
"North West is the definition of brutally honest," X user Jules Terpak said.
Despite West's feelings about the dress, she still helped pick up the loose pearls that fell from the gown.
