I lost 55 lbs – now my blue crop top and skirt look so different on me, my fave cardio routine changed everything

A FITNESS coach has shared the cardio routine that helped her lose 55 pounds.

The gym girl showed off her glow-up by wearing an outfit that used to fit her larger frame.

Maci (@moveswithmaci) shared the simple treadmill routine in a video with over 120,000 TikTok followers.

She explained she followed the workout for a year to shed the 55 pounds she wanted to lose.

“We’re going to start by doing a one-and-a-half-minute walk on 3.5 speed, then going into 30 seconds of sprints,” she said.

Maci rested for 30 seconds between the sprint intervals: “Rinse and repeat for 10 minutes, it changed everything,” she said.

To commemorate her achievement, the fitness coach tried on an outfit she wore before her weight loss.

She shared a photo of herself in a blue knit crop top and skirt on a night out.

“Same outfit but it feels just a little bit… bigger now,” she said, trying the two-piece on.

Maci was overjoyed at how the outfit fit her on her now-smaller frame: “Mind, body, and soul transformation,” she said.

People took to the comments to share their thoughts on her routine and glow-up.

Some who tried the workout for themselves gave their stamp of approval.

“I am currently doing this, it works, it burns fat for hours after the gym,” said one commenter.

“I lost 15 pounds doing this along with mindful eating,” said another testimony.

“This was a game changer for my weight loss journey, did a similar routine on the treadmill after my weights session,” said a third.

Others couldn’t help but praise her hard work and drive: “Good for you, you look so good,” said one supporter.
