According to a CBRE report, hyperscale DCs dominated most of the DC investments with a share of about 89%, while colocation DCs contributed to the rest of 11%. The top states that dominated the cumulative investment commitments include Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh.
