Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest is getting a makeover from ABC and Dick Clark Productions. The venerable holiday telecast's 52nd edition will feature new co-hosts joining Seacrest — Rita Ora will be live in Times Square, while Jeannie Mai will emcee the Hollywood party in the Pacific Time Zone. They take over for Liza Koshy and Ciara, who co-hosted for the past two years.
