The Yamuna Expressway Authority is likely to issue another global tender for the pod taxi project between Noida airport and Film City in Sector 21. Representatives of various companies suggested extending the project's route to Pari Chowk, doubling the corridor's length to 28 km. The companies also suggested the state government should share 40% of the construction cost. The Authority has written to the industrial development commissioner about these suggestions. The deadline for submitting tenders has been extended multiple times, but no company has come forward yet.
