I bought a risqué dress from Shein – the print wasn’t what I was expecting, there was a ‘hairy’ NSFW illusion
THE wait for an order you place online can be hairy and long but one woman was beyond shocked when she finally received her Shein dress in the mail.
She anticipated it looking much different than the one she got as she knew someone who owned the “same” Shein dress.
KayJ (@kayjtheamazongoddess) shared the video with over 20,000 TikTok followers.
The fashion content creator shared her horror at the disappointing purchase, trying the dress on for her viewers.
The white bodycon dress had an outline of a woman’s naked body in the form of countless dots.
Much to KayJ’s dismay, she had no idea the dress she purchased was not the same dress she thought she was getting.
On top of that, she also took up issue with the dress’s design around the crotch region.
“I know someone with the same Shein dress that doesn’t look like pubes,” she said, adding the hashtags #whatiboughtvswhatigot and #hairydress.
People couldn’t hide their mutual shock at the unfortunate shopping fail.
“Shein trying to be rude in all the wrong areas! You are gorgeous!” said one commenter.
“It looks like the dress has a bush lol,” agreed another.
“You’re gorgeous… but the dress is a fail, dammit Shein,” said a third.
Others thought the brand should be given a second chance — after all, everyone makes mistakes.
“Awwww I don’t want to laugh.. Shein come to the front & explain,” said one more forgiving viewer.
