Delta, NNPCL, firm to develop floating gas plant
Delta State Government, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited and UTM Offshore Limited, on Tuesday, signed a shareholders agreement for the development of the first Floating Liquefied Natural Gas in Nigeria. This was contained in a statement issued by the Delta State Ministry of Information, copies of which were obtained by journalists in Warri on Wednesday.
