Kevin Hart is suing the same YouTuber as Cardi B, alleging she wanted a six-figure 'ransom' to not release an interview with his former assistant

Comedian and actor Kevin Hart is suing a YouTuber for extortion and defamation, alleging she demanded a six-figure payout from him to not release an interview with his former assistant.
Tasha K, whose real name is Latasha Kebe, has over a million subscribers on her channel unWinewithTashaK, where she posts content about celebrity gossip and "bombshell" interviews.
The video with Miesha Shakes, who spoke to Kebe about working as Hart's personal assistant between 2017 and 2020, was one of them.
In the interview, which was posted in full to Kebe's website on December 22, Shakes alleged Hart was a serial cheater and had a gambling problem.
Hart's lawsuit, seen by Business Insider, was filed against both women at the Los Angeles Superior Court, citing extortion and invasion of privacy.
The suit alleges Kebe demanded $250,000 from Hart in exchange for not posting the interview, and that Kebe called Hart to say it would be published unless he paid the "ransom."
In the teaser clip posted on Kebe's YouTube channel on December 22, she says, "When you don't pay, we have to get money by any means necessary," which the suit alleges was a threat toward Hart.
The suit says Hart's team did not pay Kebe and sent her a cease-and-desist letter, but Kebe posted the interview that evening.
Shakes is accused of breach of contract and defamation, with the suit claiming she violated her non-disclosure agreement by taking part in the interview. The lawsuit also accuses Kebe of intentional interference with contractual relations.
The suit also mentions that Kebe "has an established history of posting defamatory and otherwise improper content regarding celebrities."
Kebe was sued by Cardi B in 2019 for defamation. The rapper claimed Kebe went on a "malicious campaign" against her and became "obsessed" with slandering her. The lawsuit claims Kebe made false statements about Cardi B in several videos, including that she had tested positive for herpes and abused drugs.
Cardi B won the case in January 2022, and Kebe was ordered to pay over $1 million in damages and attorney's fees. However, the loss didn't seem to deter Kebe, who has continued to make claims about big-name stars on her YouTube channel, including Will Smith and Hart.
Kebe filed for bankruptcy in June, claiming she only had $58,595 to her name — way less than the $3.9 million she owed Cardi B. However, a judge later ruled that she could not use the filing to dodge paying up, Billboard reported.
