I went dumpster diving at Sephora and made my most expensive score ever – the La Mer and Gucci weren’t the best part
AS the saying goes, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
A dumpster diving enthusiast has shared her latest haul of beauty products from Sephora.
In her video, Ella Rose (@glamourddive) showed her followers all the items she found in a mall dumpster.
The TikToker revealed that the finds were her “most expensive find ever.”
Ella explained that she had never had any luck looking through the dumpsters behind a Sephora before.
“I’ve literally never found anything from Sephora so I never check it but this was in a mall dumpster so I got super lucky,” she said.
Opening the dumpster, Ella immediately spotted a Dyson box that was labeled empty.
However, she opened the box to find a limited edition Airwrap, which retails at $599.
The high-end electrical item came complete with various haircare accessories.
She also noticed a trash bag full of makeup products next to the box.
“It looks like it actually has makeup, it’s really heavy,” Ella told her followers.
“I’m just starting to go through this bag but this might be my craziest jackpot ever, all this is so expensive,” she said.
Her haul included full bottles of $85 Gucci perfume, a $123 YSL gift box, and a $200 La Mer moisturizing cream.
She also found a $38 Sol de Janeiro spray, a $74 Dermalogica smoothing cream, and an $83 bottle of Gisou honey hair perfume.
Ella’s overall perfume and beauty finds amounted to over $1,500.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the dumpster haul.
“The fact it was all brand new stuff in one bag and they wrote ’empty’ on the Dyson box, a worker was definitely coming back for that stuff,” wrote one viewer.
“That employees watching their Christmas gifts driving away in your car,” joked another follower.
