Man sues his doctor after ‘botched penis enlargement op leaves him smaller than before’
A MAN is suing his doctor after penis enlargement surgery left him smaller than before.
Ilter Turkmen, from Tekirdağ, Turkey, turned to Dr Haluk Soylemez to boost his 4.7in todger.
But he claims instead of increasing its length by up to 2in as promised, the operation shrank it down to just 4.3in.
Mr Turkman was allegedly assured his length and girth would rise by at least 1.1in, with some patients seeing gains of up to 2in.
However, he was left shorter and thinner than ever, and oozing blood, it is said.
The banker had a second procedure to cure the bleeding, but he was reportedly left in such agony he could barely walk for a month.
He is also now physically scarred, he claims.
Mr Turkman is seeking 500,000 lira (£13,300) in compensation for the allegedly botched op, carried out in January 2022.
Dr Soylemez denies the allegations, telling the court: “There is no fault in the procedure I performed.”
He also insists he never made any specific promises about length or girth, or that his patient’s penis got any smaller.
His lawyer added that due to Mr Turkman’s anatomical structure, there was a risk his penis size could remain the same or decrease, and his demand for compensation is excessive.
The filing states: “The plaintiff received a big bill from another doctor.
“Demanding this fee as material compensation for his treatment is groundless, aimed at unjust enrichment, and unacceptable.”
The case continues.
Most men’s penises are somewhere around 3.75in (9cm) when flaccid and between 5in and 7in (13cm to 18cm) when erect, according to the NHS.
