The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has appointed Raghuram Iyer as its CEO, a year after the appointment was due. The IOA said Iyer was chosen after a "meticulous selection process" by the nomination committee. The CEO will be an ex-officio member of the Executive Council without voting rights, and will not be an elected member but a salaried official. Iyer had previously served as CEO of IPL sides Rajasthan Royals and Rising Pune Supergiants.
