The INDIA-Opposition alliance last month sought 100% match between EVM and VVPAT slips and also that VVPAT slips be handed over to voters in the interest of transparency of poll processes. Ramesh further wrote to ECI on December 30, 2023 seeking time for a delegation visit on the issue of VVPATs.
