Move over raspberry and look out lemon, there’s a new Costco mini-cake on the block, and it’s delicious. Costco’s fan-fave mini-cakes are bigger than a cupcake and smaller than a regular cake and come in packs of six, with each one weighing in at about half a pound — the perfect size for some serious indulgence. The retail giant just introduced a new flavor of their popular mini cakes, and it’s one you’re not going to want to miss — cookies and cream.
The new flavor is flying off the shelves and out of the sample tray as fans, eager to try the delectable new treat, snag the freebies.

“This one is really good, but so far, we’ve enjoyed all of them. We both agree that lemon is our favorite, though,” wrote one commenter on Instagram.
