A young wife died by suicide after mistakenly cremating a body she believed to be her husband's, who was injured in an AC explosion at Hi-Tech Hospital in Bhubaneswar. However, it turns out that her husband, Dilip Samantaray, is alive and still recovering in the same hospital. The hospital wrongly identified the deceased as Dilip's colleague, Jyotiranjan Mallick.
