Some OC Transpo bus riders were left stranded in the snow and sleet on Tuesday evening, Beacon Hill-Cyrville Coun. Tim Tierney said, adding he had "major concerns" about the bus system after receiving complaints of "lots of cancellations" along routes 12 and 24.
