HGTV star Christina Hall’s former blufftop California home seeks $16.9 million
A Dana Point home in The Strand at Headlands, formerly owned by Christina Hall of HGTV’s “Flip or Flop” fame, is up for sale at $16.898 million.
Records show Hall sold the property to an aerospace and defense executive in April 2022 for $11.5 million, about 12% more than the $10.3 million she paid for it in July 2021 when it was newly built.
Sited on a quarter-acre oceanfront bluff, this 6,080-square-foot coastal contemporary has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two kitchens. One of the kitchens has a walk-in pantry.
The interior includes a two-story atrium, an open-plan living space and a dining room with a glass-enclosed wine wall. Additionally, there’s a wine bar in the movie theater.
