A bird strike shortly after takeoff caused U.S. Airways Flight 1549 to crash-land in the middle of the Hudson River almost 15 years ago. All 150 passengers on board survived. A survivor from that 'miracle' flight, Pamela Seagle, recounts her experience from that day.
