Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia emphasized the significance of the upcoming Navi Mumbai international airport, stating that it is not just a crucial infrastructure project for Mumbai or Maharashtra but a matter of national pride. The airport is being developed in five phases, and Scindia mentioned that physical and financial completion is at 55 to 60 percent.
