Fans Are Swooning Over the Way Matt Damon Honored His Wife Luciana at Their Latest Red Carpet Event
While Matt Damon’s gray hair at the Golden Globes landed him in a bunch of headlines, eagle-eyed fans noticed another detail to his look that has people swooning. Damon arrived with his beloved wife Luciana Barroso, both looking more in love than ever, but his outfit also told the tale of how his love comes into mind with everything he does.
In details obtained by Hello magazine, Damon added a sweet accessory to his custom Giorgio Armani tux: cufflinks with the initials “LD” on it. The David Yurman’s Streamline Cushion Cufflinks had his wife’s initials on it, and we just love the fact that he had this detail in mind when making his ensemble.
After 20 years together, the two are truly more in love than ever, and we love seeing the sweet little details in celebrity couples’ daily lives that prove they’re still in the honeymoon phase.
For those who don’t know, Damon and Barroso met back in 2003 while he was filming Stuck on You. They fell in love almost immediately and got engaged in Sept 2005. They married later that way and have since then, welcomed three daughters together named: Isabella, 17, Gia, 14, and Stella, 12. Damon also fathers his stepdaughter Alexia, 24, whom Barroso welcomed in a previous relationship.
In a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, per People, he gushed about her, talking about the secret to their long marriage. “I’m lucky I found my wife. I guess maybe, if there’s any secret … it’s to feel lucky,” he said. “I think marriage is insane. It’s a crazy idea but I love being married to my wife. So I wouldn’t tell anybody else anything about their relationship.”
