I went on an iconic worst date ever – he let another girl at brunch sniff his hair, it escalated and he was all for it
OUT with a man for the first time, one single lady was stunned when he let another woman sniff his hair.
But the stranger’s inappropriate flirty behavior didn’t stop there — and the woman was stunned by how her date reacted.
Emma (@inlightemma) shared the date story with her TikTok followers.
“Do you guys want to hear about one of the worst, iconic first dates ever?” she asked.
Emma explained that she had matched with a man on Hinge and he had invited her out to brunch.
She added that when she showed up, he was seated across from her in bench-style seating.
“Instantly I’m like oh he’s kind of cute, we have lots of things in common,” she said.
“This is where it gets a little weird. On his side of the table, it’s like a long bench-style table, this woman walks down and sits at his side of the table.
“I immediately feel her listening ears come on. You know what I mean? When someone’s around you and you can tell that they’re listening to your conversation?”
Halfway into their brunch, the woman leans over and interrupts their conversation.
She offered to share her “ideas” on their date, which Emma wanted to reject.
Her date, however, was open to hearing her out.
“He’s like ‘Oh sure go ahead.’ Red flag,” she said.
“She starts talking through the whole conversation that me and my date had had at that time and telling me and him, mostly him, her ideas.
“She never stopped talking and he never stopped talking to her and… my jaw is on the table right now and I can’t believe my date just got hijacked, one, he’s letting her, and two, that a woman would do this.
The situation, unfortunately, only continued to get worse from there.
“He mentions how he stopped using shampoo and used an alternative method to wash his hair,” she said.
“Brace yourself for this one. She goes ‘Oh can I smell your hair?’ and puts her hand on his shoulder.”
The girl took a “big whiff” of his hair and then leaned in for another whiff.
“She goes, ‘You smell so good,’ sniffs him a third time, and then proceeds to go… when I tell you I already knew what was about to come out of her mouth,” she said.
“She goes, ‘That must mean we are compatible biologically, that’s a clue that our pheromones are attracted to each other,’ and he is into it, he’s into it.
“I know what you’re thinking, why did you stay and didn’t just leave? The truth is, I was so entertained that this was happening in front of me on a first date… that I just had to stay for the plot.”
After the date ended, her date split their $12 bill with her and the woman at the table asked for his number.
“He gives it to her and they hug goodbye. Love it,” she laughed.
People were shocked by the woman’s audacity and her date’s reaction.
“That is wild! Did he say anything to you after the date? Has he reached out to you since? The audacity of that woman!” said one commenter.
Others said they would’ve reacted much differently.
“You should’ve got up and left immediately after the whiff,” said one viewer.
“I’m too petty, I still would’ve been like ‘Yeah I’m not paying for this,'” joked another.
