Foreign companies are planning to establish Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India due to lower real estate costs and the availability of skilled people. Colliers India predicts that GCCs could lease 45-50 million square feet of Grade A office space by 2025, compared to 39.5 million square feet across six major cities during the 2022-23 calendar year.
