For the past two weeks filmmakers and actors have been showcasing their work at the Pan African Film and Arts Festival in Los Angeles. The annual event is an opportunity to focus on Black and African stories, a celebration of pan-African cultures. Among the films shown this year: “African Glory”, the story of a Mandinka emperor who sailed to the Americas almost two centuries before Christopher Colombus. FRANCE 24's team reports.
