Fali Nariman spent 75 of his 95 years in the legal profession, and 54 of these was as a senior counsel. To my mind, he was India's leading counsel from the early 80s to around 2005. As his legal accomplishments are in the public domain and well-known, I would like to recount our various interactions and my impression of his advocacy and his traits as a person.
