A 64-YEAR-OLD fitness influencer has encouraged her viewers to look after their physical health.
Sporting a bikini to the beach, she felt that anyone could have a strong body regardless of their age.
Maria (@thefitnesschick) shared the motivational fitness message in a TikTok video.
As she worked on her legs at the gym, she explained that age shouldn’t stop anyone from reaching their full potential.
“Are you over 40 and think you can’t reshape your body?” she asked.
“Yes, you can! With the right exercises and consistency, you can get a more fit and stronger body at any age.”
In another video, Maria’s hard work bore fruit as she ventured on a trip to the beach.
Sporting a two-piece white bikini, she happily felt the breeze of the waves in her hair.
Using Khalid’s song Better, she explained that her mood — and being fit in her 60s — was hard to beat.
“Nothing feels better than this,” he sang.
People showered her with compliments after seeing her beach video.
Some thought she was younger than she was and couldn’t believe that she was in her 60s.
“That’s a typo I’m sure. However old, you’re an inspiration,” said one commenter.
“You are beautiful and unbelievably in great shape!” said another.
“Still got it, looking good,” said a third.
One admirer even shot his shot with Maria: “Are you single?” they asked.
