A bearded man wearing a mask, cap, and spectacle caused a blast at a café in Bengaluru's Whitefield. The Chief Minister formed a special team to track the man based on CCTV footage. The Deputy Chief Minister ensured a clean investigation and the government will bear the cost of treatment for the injured persons.
